False "Green Card Lottery" - Do not be taken in!   I received an email advertising a Green Card lottery from an organization calling itself Usafis (http://www.usafis.org/_sys/EN/ofc_en2.asp?af=add_EN).   If you happen to get that kind of advertisement, please be aware that this is NOT an official government web site, and the offer is a scam and a fraud.   The annual Diversity Lottery is completely FREE to anyone who enters it at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ and it is now closed for FY2010.   This group (Usafis) is only out to steal the money of unsuspecting people. They aren't even based in the US (somewhere in Eastern Europe, as far as I can tell).   Thanks!
